I have known Dr. Rich since he opened his practice in West Sayville. He is professional, knowledgeable, competent and compassionate. The “Rolls Royce” of dentists! However, I would be remiss if I did not mention his staff – Mona, Dorothy, Karen and Donna. They are professional, competent and personable as well in the performance of their duties. This support team is indispensable!
